Safe Haven, Safe Space, New Earth - This area in particular was confirmed via Divine Revelation as a safe space for us to build the healing arts retreat center and our community amongst increasing global instability. My prophesies of what's to come led me to this vision and led me here to Arizona to build it. I didn't choose this land. The land chose me! The Hopi Tribe also speak of the lands surrounding their Nation as among the final safe regions in North America when fire rains upon the Earth, great upheaval, and eventual renewal (4th world ends/5th world begins/New Earth). The prophesies I received are almost identical.

Water Security: One of the many reasons we selected the White Mountain area of Apache County, Arizona for Goddess Flow International Healing Arts Retreat Center and Healing Arts Community Village is the Coconino Sandstone Aquifer; widely regarded as one of the best sources of reliable water in the southwestern United States. The Coconino aquifer is a primary groundwater source in northeastern Arizona, underlying large portions of Apache, Navajo, and Coconino counties.

Soul-Aligned Men called to protect, build, maintain, and steward the land through grounded presence and embodied service. Roles may include land care, infrastructure support, safety, maintenance, and sacred protection of the space.

Single Mother Sanctuary – Sacred Exchange
A Single Mother Sanctuary, offering Sacred Exchange opportunities for single mothers to live in a supportive, healing environment rooted in rest, sisterhood, and remembrance—free from survival stress and aligned with sacred motherhood.
One acre of the retreat center land is dedicated to on-site staff and our single mother sanctuary for our sacred exchange model.

📍 Do I Own the Land? No individual privately owns a deeded parcel of land. All land is collectively owned and stewarded through a Community Land Trust, ensuring the land remains protected, aligned with the mission, and preserved for future generations. Participants hold a percentage-based ownership interest in the land through the trust, rather than a traditional private deed.
📍 Do I pick the parcel? We assign it upon final payment, but you’ll know the location type, road access, terrain, and more.
📍 What Is Community Trust Land Ownership? Community Trust Land Ownership is a shared stewardship model where land is held by a legal trust for the benefit of the community rather than for individual resale or speculation. This model:
Protects the land from privatization and fragmentation, Prevents unaligned resale, Ensures long-term alignment with the Goddess Flow International healing arts mission, Allows participants to invest in, live on, and steward the land responsibly, Creates stability, transparency, and collective governance. All members are beneficiaries of the trust according to their percentage of land investment.
📍What Does My Land Investment Give Me? A percentage-based ownership interest in the trust. The right to steward and utilize a designated area according to community agreements. Its purpose is to ensure energetic, ethical, and spiritual alignment between each member, the land, and the community covenant. This sacred initiation supports: Releasing old patterns, ancestral imprints, and limiting energies, Harmonizing divine feminine and masculine energies, Nervous system regulation and deep cellular healing, Activating the Ascension Blueprint encoded within your DNA, Awakening higher consciousness, inner sovereignty, and embodied mastery, The Immersion is an 8-module, online, on-demand sacred journey designed to initiate members into embodied alignment, energetic coherence, and sacred stewardship. This initiation ensures that all community members enter the land in oneness, responsibility, and harmony, protecting the integrity of our Heaven on Earth and supporting conscious co-creation as a unified field.
📍 What Is The Goddess Flow Immersion Initiation? The Goddess Flow Immersion Initiation is a ceremonial and experiential gateway into the community. It is designed to align each participant with the energetic, ethical, and spiritual foundations of the land, the lineage, and the community agreements. The initiation includes guided immersion into The Goddess Flow Method™, community values, sacred stewardship practices, and energetic coherence for living, serving, and co-creating in harmony with the land and the collective.
📍Utilities? Hauled Water or rain water catchment until well is built & solar powered electricity. Owner responsibility for personal property until well and shared community utilities are finalized. Community water and solar will be available in communal areas once built and funded which is covered in annual membership fees.
📍 Taxes/Membership Fees? Taxes and fees split by community members and will be a total annual fee of approx. $222/yr due every first of the year.
