This is an invitation to return—to land, to purpose, to community, and to a way of living that honors the fullness of who we are.
We are gathering a small, aligned collective of healing artist families and conscious new earth leaders and builders to co-create a Healing Arts Retreat Sanctuary and Land Stewardship Community, rooted in shared values, sacred responsibility, and collective care.

The Vision
Invest In Land We can Build On
We have invested in 20 acres of sacred land in Northeast Arizona in the pyramid ley line vortex where The Goddess Flow Healing Arts Retreat Center will establish its first home. This is the heart of this sacred land where we will host retreats, ceremonies, and holistic educational experiences.
This safe space will also serve for community gatherings, communal cooking and gardening, and on-site training. This is a sacred space for deep healing, awakening, and divine embodiment, where soul-aligned healing artists unite as One in the ONE to serve humanity in their core gifts and live as a community of divine minds.
Home a Village
The lower half of this sacred land is dedicated to The Healing Arts Community Village—a living community of conscious healing artists and their families who align with this new earth mission to serve in conscious commUNITY, each with their own private lot for sacred land stewardship and collaborative gardening.
Build A Healing Arts Retreat Center
The upper half of our sacred land is dedicated to The Healing Arts Retreat Center, Our Founder Village, our future sacred exchange residency area, communal spaces and gardens, and zen food forest spaces. This is where the collective will serve, sow, and reap as commUNITY with collective economics and regenerative living, building, and healing.
Grow Our own Food
Throughout our property there are private food gardens, communal food gardens, food forests, and sacred space to create our own Garden of Eden and Heaven on Earth Nature sanctuary from the ground up. Through our collective efforts, energy, and divine frequency we will cultivate the high desert into a lush green space over time.
Host Retreats & Healing Arts Festivals
We will not wait to host retreats and festivals, we will begin to gather the collective and host high vibrational events as a part of our funding and community building initiative. Starting with primitive camping on our site and leading to more expansive retreat spaces as we build together the earthen structures woven into the land tapestry. As commUNITY we will build and serve together and collectively share revenue earnings together to support our new earth way of living.

Membership within the Goddess Flow International Healing Arts Collective begins through a sacred alignment process designed to ensure each member feels connected to the mission, values, and covenant agreements of the community.
The pathway to membership unfolds through the following steps:
Step 1: Read the Sacred Covenant Agreements
Begin by reviewing the community covenant, stewardship agreements, and foundational values of the Goddess Flow International Healing Arts Retreat Center & Community Village.
Step 2: Complete the Community Application
If you feel aligned with the mission and agreements, complete the community application to share your intentions, gifts, skills, and desire to participate within the collective.
Step 3: Complete Your 1:1 Energetic Alignment Session
Approved applicants will participate in a one-on-one energetic alignment session to connect deeper with the vision, ask questions, and ensure resonance with the community pathway.
Step 4: Activate Your Membership Pathway
Once approved, your pathway into community membership opens.

Through our Sacred Exchange Residency, these Divine Masculine Protectors & Land Stewards receive housing and community integration in return for their time, energy, and stewardship of the land. Their service is a living contribution to the vibrational field of the community, supporting the growth, safety, and flourishing of all who reside.
This model allows mutual empowerment and sacred reciprocity, where each person’s gifts, labor, and presence are honored as a vital part of the ecosystem. Together, Single Mothers, Divine Masculine Protectors, & Sacred Land Stewards unite to serve the land in sacred reciprocity.
A SINGLE MOTHER SANCTUARY
As a single mother of 5 I felt the call to create sacred space as a part of the healing arts retreat center to cultivate a sacred sanctuary for single mothers to rise and THRIVE — free from the stress of survival, in a community rooted in healing, rest, sisterhood, and divine remembrance.
As a single mother I was given a blueprint to shift my energy from survival mode into purpose, passion, and power, and this is the gift of love I want offer to other single mothers so they too can get rooted, grounded, and be divinely guided as THE MOTHER!
Here, single mothers can serve in divine alignment and sacred reciprocity and truly root, heal, and reclaim their power, receiving the love, provision, and protection they need and deserve. Supported in every way until she rises fully into her divine fullness and is met by her soul-aligned counterpart, this sanctuary is restoring the soul of motherhood and divine union within through healing, empowerment, ascension, and soul liberation.
This is a New Earth vision for single mothers who deserve far more than survival — they deserve sovereignty, safety, and sacred support.
We are gifting 1 acre of our healing arts sanctuary to our single mothers and children! We have sacred space to honor the divine mother in 8 sacred women on the land!
The Sacred Covenant of the Land
Who Owns the Land?
One of the questions we are most often asked is:
"Who owns the land?"
The answer depends on whether you are asking from a legal perspective or a spiritual one.
From a Legal Perspective
Goddess Flow International, and, in time, the Trust—holds legal title to the land.
This is not because we believe anyone should own Mother Earth.
It is because someone must carry the legal responsibility for protecting the sanctuary through taxes, insurance, legal compliance, stewardship, and long-term preservation and this is the responsibility and mission that has been given to GFI to ensure the mission and vision given remains for generations to come.
The legal structure exists to protect the community and what we have been called to create through commUNITY as a ministry of the healing arts.
It serves as a sacred legal vessel that safeguards this land from speculation, division, private profit, and mission drift so that it may remain devoted to healing arts, regenerative living, education, and spiritual service for generations to come.
From a Spiritual Perspective
We do not believe anyone owns Mother Earth.
She is not a commodity to be bought, sold, or possessed.
The original order is co-creative and village oriented.
The Earth is a living being as are we.
An ancient teacher.
A sacred sanctuary entrusted to our care.
Our relationship with this land is not one of ownership, but of sacred reciprocity.
We are not landowners.
We are Sacred Earth Stewards.
Those called to walk gently upon Her, regenerate Her abundance, protect Her beauty, and leave Her healthier for the generations yet to come.
This is what we are accomplishing together as commUNITY here!
Why We Chose a Covenant Stewardship Model
This community was intentionally designed around covenant rather than private ownership.
A soul-led mission and vision over division.
A healing arts ministry and community village rather than a purchase of land or just another intentional community with land owners or members.
If every resident held individual ownership of a parcel, those parcels could eventually be sold, subdivided, inherited, or transferred to people who may not share the vision, values, or sacred agreements that created this sanctuary.
Over time, the original mission would slowly disappear.
Instead, this land will remain protected in covenant through Goddess Flow International and, ultimately, through a Non-Profit Ecclesiastical Trust whose purpose is to preserve this sanctuary for future generations as we continue in sacred sovereignty.
This structure protects the integrity of the community, preserves affordability, prevents land speculation, and ensures that this sacred place remains dedicated to healing, education, regeneration, and conscious community.
The Sacred Role of Stewardship
This sanctuary was never created for personal ownership.
It was created as an offering.
The vision was received through divine transmission and the responsibility of bringing that vision into physical form was accepted as sacred act of service.
Holding legal title is not an expression of personal ownership.
Here on this land, it is a sacred act of divine guardianship.
A promise to lovingly protect this land so it can continue serving generations of healers, families, artists, teachers, children, elders, and New Earth stewards who will carry this mission forward, and forward, and forward.
No one person owns this vision...It is collective...It is Global...It is DIVINE!
We are simply here to answer the call to protect it!

The development of the Healing Arts Retreat Center & Community Village is guided through intentional phases—each designed to build a strong, sustainable, and mission-aligned foundation.
This project is supported through a combination of land stewardship contributions, aligned investors, and philanthropic donors, ensuring the land and vision are developed with integrity, transparency, and long-term care.
☥ PHASE 1: LAND ACQUISITION ☥
The first phase is anchored through land acquisition allowing us to secure and activate the land. This phase is COMPLETE!
This phase establishes:
• Legal land access and stewardship structure
• Foundational site preparation
• Initial community alignment and participation
This creates the groundwork for all future development and this phase is COMPLETE!
☥ PHASE 2: BUILDING COMMUNITY & FOUNDATIONAL INFRASTRUCTURE ☥
This phase focuses on establishing the core infrastructure required for initial community living and bare roots retreat activation.
This includes:
• Water access systems (wells, hauling, and storage solutions)
• Foundational roadways and land access
• Off-grid energy systems (solar and power infrastructure)
• Initial communal spaces (kitchen, gathering areas, sanitation systems, and shared spaces)
• Earth homes for Resident Healing Artists

• Supporting the development of mission-aligned sanctuaries in diverse regions
• Establishing training, mentorship, and leadership pathways for new community builders
• Forming partnerships with aligned land stewards, organizations, and communities
• Adapting the model to local ecosystems while maintaining core values and standards
• Creating a network of interconnected sanctuaries for collaboration, learning, and shared impact
