𓋹 Sacred Exchange Opportunities 𓋹

Serve the Land. Live in Devotion. Co-Create the New Earth.

ARIZONA

Why The White Mountain Region of St. Johns, AZ?

  • Safe Haven, Safe Space, New Earth - This area in particular was confirmed via Divine Revelation as a safe space for us to build the healing arts retreat center and our community amongst increasing global instability. My prophesies of what's to come led me to this vision and led me here to Arizona to build it. I didn't choose this land. The land chose me! The Hopi Tribe also speak of the lands surrounding their Nation as among the final safe regions in North America when fire rains upon the Earth, great upheaval, and eventual renewal (4th world ends/5th world begins/New Earth). The prophesies I received are almost identical.

  • Clean Air, Vast Skies, panoramic nature views, and spectacular sunrises and sunsets, open sky view of billions of stars. This environment naturally supports clarity, nervous system regulation, healing, and expanded consciousness.

  • Exceptional four-season climate where we can grow all of our own food. The soil is a fine, tillable sandy loam ideal for growing all kinds of fruits and vegetables, including apples, cherries, plums, pears, and nestled among lush stands of piñon pine, juniper woodlands.

  • Water Security: One of the many reasons we selected the White Mountain area of Apache County, Arizona for Goddess Flow International Healing Arts Retreat Center and Healing Arts Community Village is the Coconino Sandstone Aquifer; widely regarded as one of the best sources of reliable water in the southwestern United States. The Coconino aquifer is a primary groundwater source in northeastern Arizona, underlying large portions of Apache, Navajo, and Coconino counties.

  • Remote Yet Accessible: 33 miles to St Johns; 45 miles to Lyman Lake State Park; 69 miles to Petrified Forest National Park. Area Attractions within 1-3 hours drive: Lyman Lake State Park, White Mountains, Big Lake Recreation Area, Casa Malpais Ruins, Meteor Crater, The Hopi and Navajo Nations, Petrified Forest National Park & Desert, Sunrise Ski Resort, Peninsula Petroglyph Trail, Sedona

It is a place designed not just to survive the coming years—but to anchor the frequency of Heaven on Earth. This is why the Goddess Flow International Healing Arts Retreat Center and Healing Arts Community Village is being birthed here.

FAQ Highlights:

📍 What Is the Sacred Exchange Model?

Our Sacred Exchange Model is a covenant-based residency, stewardship, and participation pathway within Goddess Flow International (“GFI”) and the Healing Arts Retreat Center & Community Village. Members contribute aligned time, energy, stewardship, shared responsibility, and community participation in exchange for approved residency opportunities, community activation, and mission-based participation. SEE DIVINE PLAN FOR DETAILS

📍 How Does the Approval Process Work?

GFI is a selective, mission-governed community. Payment or contribution alone does not activate full membership, residency, occupancy, or land access. All participation remains subject to eligibility, safety, integrity, stewardship alignment, and operational sustainability.

📍 Can I Access the Land Right Away?

Residency access, occupancy activation, parcel participation, and land access are granted only after completion of applicable requirements, active membership approval, and good standing.

📍 Is Initiation Required?

Yes. Initiation is required for members, land stewards, residents, and aligned contributors. This helps establish THE ENERGETIC FOUNDATION, shared values, stewardship readiness, integrity, harmony, and alignment within our healing-centered community.

📍 What Is Expected of Sacred Exchange?

Sacred Exchange is rooted in reciprocity, stewardship, shared responsibility, and aligned contribution within the Healing Arts Retreat Center & Community Village. Members contribute time, energy, hands-on service, stewardship, and collaborative work toward the growth, development, care, and activation of the community in exchange for approved residency participation, community activation, and covenant-based membership within GFI.

Sacred Exchange may include contribution through:

  • Stewardship of land, gardens, and shared communal spaces

  • Participation in regenerative land and community projects

  • Hands-on support in building, infrastructure, maintenance, and community development where applicable

  • Shared labor and aligned service supporting operational growth

  • Healing arts collaboration and community-centered support

  • Respectful participation in shared living and collective responsibility

  • Upholding the Healing Arts Community Covenant, safety, integrity, and good standing

In exchange, approved members may receive mission-governed:

  • Shared residency participation within the designated 1/2 Acre Sacred Exchange Residency Area

  • Community activation and covenant-based membership participation

  • Access to approved online, virtual, in-person, and community-based offerings

  • Shared community resources, collaborative opportunities, and stewardship participation

  • Participation in a healing-centered, regenerative, and mission-driven living environment

Sacred Exchange is a reciprocity-based contribution model and does not create wages, salary, monetary compensation, private land ownership, parcel rights, equity, guaranteed residency, or unrestricted transfer rights. Residency, participation, and access remain subject to approval, community capacity, good standing, and governing agreements.

📍 Utilities & Community Development

Infrastructure such as water, solar, shared utilities, and community systems may be developed in phases and remain subject to funding, land development, mission growth, and operational planning.

📍 What Makes Our Community Different?

GFI is a healing arts, stewardship-based, mission-governed residency and community trust model rooted in regeneration, intentional living, reciprocity, collective well-being, and long-term sustainability. Your Sacred Exchange helps build and strengthen the same healing-centered community you choose to live, serve, and grow alongside.
