A heart-centered program introducing children to mindful movement, breath, emotional harmony, and energetic awareness—supporting the next generation in embodying holistic health and wellness, peace, confidence, and inner wisdom. 1 to 1 or Group Classes available. Group Max 10. Larger Groups may require an additional fee. Through fun, nurturing practices, children learn how to: Understand their emotions Calm their bodies through breath Build confidence and inner peace Express themselves creatively through movement Develop awareness of their energy and intuition At Goddess Flow International™, we are devoted to serving the mission over money.
