REQUIRED DOCUMENT REVIEW & MEMBER ACKNOWLEDGMENT

Before proceeding with any Land Stewardship Contribution, payment plan, parcel reservation, onboarding, or active membership participation, all approved applicants are required to carefully review, understand, and accept the following governing documents, policies, and community requirements.

These documents are provided to ensure full transparency, informed consent, shared responsibility, and alignment with the long-term stewardship, governance, and mission of Goddess Flow International and the Healing Arts Retreat Center & Community Village.

Member Acknowledgment

By proceeding with contribution, signing required agreements, entering a payment plan, or activating membership, the Member acknowledges that they have had the opportunity to review, understand, and accept all governing terms, responsibilities, limitations, and community expectations.

Participation is voluntary and mission-governed.

​

Reserved Parcel designation, membership participation, onboarding access, and future Leasehold Activation remain subject to governing agreements, active membership, good standing, fulfillment of required contribution obligations, and final GFI approval.

No contribution creates deeded ownership, equity interest, unrestricted transfer rights, or guaranteed reimbursement rights except where expressly governed by written agreement.
