Goddess Flow Kids is a healing arts offering to foster peace, connection, and harmony within the family.

A flow the whole family can enjoy. All ages welcome! 

It is so important our children, our future, learn to find their peace, their love, their power and connection from within themselves and learn practices they can use daily to free themselves of harboring negative energy to better connect with themselves and with life all around them.

Mom's and Dad's needs this too and are the first example for our children to see.

Goddess Flow Kids includes mindfulness practices with meditation to bring in frequencies of peace, love, and balance, affirmations of empowerment to shift the mind into positive flow, and fun energetic movement to embody the intention.
