The Goddess Flow Kids Curriculum introduces a new paradigm of holistic education — one that nurtures the whole child: body, mind, heart, and spirit. Designed for children ages 8 and up (younger children welcome with parent-led involvement), this program combines yogic dance, meditation, pranic breathwork, affirmations, and conscious character development to awaken awareness, confidence, creativity, and emotional intelligence.
Goddess Flow Kids™ is a fun, heart-centered movement and mindfulness experience where children get to move, dance, breathe, play, and express themselves — all while building confidence, emotional intelligence, and inner balance.
This is not sit-still-and-be-quiet yoga!!!
Goddess Flow Kids™ is vibrant, engaging, music-filled, and playful, blending yogic movement, creative dance, imagination, affirmations, sound, and mindfulness in a way kids will love and INjoy!

Our Goddess Flow Kids programs are offered in 4-week progressive cycles, each guiding children and teens through a powerful energetic and character-building journey. Families may join any single 4-week cycle or flow through all 9 cycles to experience the full 36-week Goddess Flow Kids Curriculum for deep, embodied transformation.
Whether your family learns best through live experiences, self-paced lessons, or a blend of both — there is a pathway that supports your rhythm.

Live Program - Each 4 week live session is a cycle within a 9 cycle program. Join A vibrant, community-based online or in-person journey where children and teens meet weekly to move, breathe, meditate, and cultivate conscious character in a supportive, playful environment. Available for individual students, private groups, schools, homeschool groups, after-school programs, and summer programs. Complete the full journey by attending all 9 cycles (36 weeks). Available live group or 1:1 via zoom or in-person.

Age-appropriate books that help children explore courage, peace, creativity, mindset, and mindful living through story and discussion with weekly narration and reflection journaling prompts that helps children integrate the lesson, express their feelings, and deepen self-awareness.

Why We Flow in Nature
Goddess Flow Kids is rooted in the understanding that our bodies are made of the very elements that shape the Earth—earth, water, fire, air, and ether. When children practice movement, breathwork, and energy awareness outdoors, they naturally reconnect with these elemental forces, remembering what their bodies already know:
As within, so without.
The elements that live inside them are reflected in the world around them.
Flowing in nature allows children to:
• Ground into the Earth element through the soil beneath their feet
• Awaken their Water element through fluid movement and emotional flow
• Ignite their Fire element through confidence-building practices
