Each healing artist & vendor will also receive a promo shoutout for your sacred work on our social media pages with your promotional photo.  Each healing artist will have 45 minutes to offer their sacred work. We have only 12 spaces available.​

Healing Arts Marketplace Vendors

​

To officially reserve your vendor space, a sacred contribution of $111 is required to lock in your booth placement within the Healing Arts Marketplace. Your vendor space is not considered reserved until payment has been received. We have only 13 spaces available. Vendors must provide all their own vendor space materials.

𓋹 COLLABORATIVE PROMOTION AGREEMENT 𓋹

As a cooperative festival, all accepted Healing Artists and Vendors agree to support event promotion.

​

Promotion Period:

July 20, 2026 – September 25, 2026

​

During this period, participants are asked to:

​

• Post about the festival at least once per week

and/or

• Send an email to their community at least once per week

and/or

• Share event information through aligned networks and communities

​

𓋹 HEALING ARTIST PAYMENTS 𓋹​

Healing Artist Payments will go out within 7 days of the festival ending. Payments will be made via square. You will be contacted for your preferred direct deposit payout information at this time.

𓋹 SACRED LAND STEWARDSHIP & WHAT TO BRING 𓋹

​

As stewards of this sacred land, we ask all guests, healing artists, vendors, and community members to help us preserve the purity, beauty, and vibration of this gathering space.

​

Our intention is to create a harmonious environment that supports healing, connection, embodiment, and conscious community for all.

​

Please review the following stewardship guidelines prior to your arrival.

​

𓋹 GUESTS 𓋹

You are welcome to bring 1 additional person with you at no cost and children are FREE. If you would like to bring additional guests they will need to pay the guest entrance fee. Children must be attended at all times and are the responsibility of each attendee.​

​

𓋹 FOOD & COMMUNITY VALUES 𓋹

​

Our community is fully plant-based.

Vegetarian foods are welcome.

To honor the vibration of the land and our collective values, we ask that no meat, poultry, fish, seafood, or animal flesh products be brought onto the property.

​

We appreciate your support in helping us maintain a plant-based healing-centered environment for all.

​

𓋹 SOBER & SACRED SPACE 𓋹

​

This is a fully sober gathering.

To maintain the integrity and safety of our sacred container, the following are not permitted on the land:

• Alcohol or Smoking

• Recreational Drugs

• Illegal Substances

• Psychedelics

• Cannabis Products

• Pharmaceutical or Mind-Altering Drugs

 

Our intention is to cultivate presence, embodiment, clarity, and authentic connection through the healing arts and conscious community.

 

𓋹 ANIMAL STEWARDSHIP 𓋹

Well-behaved plant-based animal companions are welcome. No animal meat products are allowed.

​

To ensure the safety and comfort of all guests, animals must:

​

• Remain leashed at all times

• Be supervised at all times

• Be cleaned up after immediately

• Not disturb neighboring campsites or festival activities

 

Please bring adequate food, water, shelter, and supplies for your animal companions.

​

𓋹 LEAVE NO TRACE 𓋹

This land is a sacred gift.

We ask every participant to leave the land exactly as beautiful—or more beautiful—than they found it.

 

Please follow a strict:

Pack It In • Pack It Out Policy

throughout the entire gathering.

​

This means:

• Remove all personal trash

• Remove all recyclables

• Remove all food waste

• Remove all camping materials

• Remove all animal waste

• Remove all personal belongings

 

There will be no trash service or receptacles available.

​

Everything you bring onto the land must leave with you.

​

𓋹 OFF-GRID PRIMITIVE CAMPING 𓋹

This is a primitive off-grid camping experience.

Please arrive fully prepared and self-sufficient.

 

There are currently:

• No bath houses

• No showers

• No public restrooms

• No electrical hookups

• No water hookups

 

Participants and guests are responsible for bringing all supplies needed for the duration of the festival.

𓋹 WASTE MANAGEMENT 𓋹

To protect the land, catholes or burying waste are not permitted.

All solid waste must be properly contained and removed from the property.

​

We recommend bringing:

• A 5-Gallon Bucket

• Portable Toilet Seat Attachment

• Heavy-Duty Garbage Bags

• Odor Absorbent Material (saw dust/pine shavings)

 

All waste bags must be sealed and removed from the property upon departure.

​

Again:

Leave No Trace

Pack It In • Pack It Out

NO-THING LEFT BEHIND or there will be a $111 cleanup fee.
