Our Own Sovereign Land.

HEALING ARTS COMMUNITY VILLAGE - OFF GRID - ARIZONA
Why The White Mountain Region of St. Johns, AZ?
-
Safe Haven, Safe Space, New Earth - This area in particular was confirmed via Divine Revelation as a safe space for us to build the healing arts retreat center and our community amongst increasing global instability. My prophesies of what's to come led me to this vision and led me here to Arizona to build it. I didn't choose this land. The land chose me! The Hopi Tribe also speak of the lands surrounding their Nation as among the final safe regions in North America when fire rains upon the Earth, great upheaval, and eventual renewal (4th world ends/5th world begins/New Earth). The prophesies I received are almost identical.
-
Clean Air, Vast Skies, panoramic nature views, and spectacular sunrises and sunsets, open sky view of billions of stars. This environment naturally supports clarity, nervous system regulation, healing, and expanded consciousness.
-
Exceptional four-season climate where we can grow all of our own food. The soil is a fine, tillable sandy loam ideal for growing all kinds of fruits and vegetables, including apples, cherries, plums, pears, and nestled among lush stands of piñon pine, juniper woodlands.
-
Water Security: One of the many reasons we selected the White Mountain area of Apache County, Arizona for Goddess Flow International Healing Arts Retreat Center and Healing Arts Community Village is the Coconino Sandstone Aquifer; widely regarded as one of the best sources of reliable water in the southwestern United States. The Coconino aquifer is a primary groundwater source in northeastern Arizona, underlying large portions of Apache, Navajo, and Coconino counties. We are also on top of the Bidahochi Aquifer, charged by the Zuni, and requires no filtration.
-
Remote Yet Accessible: 33 miles to St Johns; 45 miles to Lyman Lake State Park; 69 miles to Petrified Forest National Park. Area Attractions within 1-3 hours drive: Lyman Lake State Park, White Mountains, Big Lake Recreation Area, Casa Malpais Ruins, Meteor Crater, The Hopi and Navajo Nations, Petrified Forest National Park & Desert, Sunrise Ski Resort, Peninsula Petroglyph Trail, Greer, Show Low, Sedona, Grand Canyon...
It is a place designed not just to survive the coming years—but to anchor the frequency of Heaven on Earth. This is why the Goddess Flow International Healing Arts Retreat Center and Healing Arts Community Village is being birthed here.
HOW GFI LAND STEWARDSHIP & MEMBERSHIP WORKS
1.Complete Required Background Screening
Applicants who receive an Acceptance Letter must complete the required third-party background screening process before final Community Membership Activation. The screening is part of GFI's Community Safety & Integrity process and is intended to support the safety, trust, wellbeing, and integrity of our members, families, guests, and shared community spaces. Each adult member of a household or family is individually required to complete the applicable background screening and is responsible for the required screening payment. ($59.99+) This includes the primary applicant, spouse or partner, and any additional adult family or household members who will be seeking ongoing access, participation, residency, stewardship, or service within the community. The required screening payment is per adult applicant and is the financial responsibility of the individual Member. Family applications do not combine or waive the screening requirement or screening payment for additional adults. Each adult applicant must complete their own screening authorization and provide the information required by the third-party screening provider. Acceptance remains subject to successful completion and review of the required screening. Completion of a background screening and payment of the screening cost does not independently guarantee membership, residency, land stewardship access, or final activation.
Final acceptance remains subject to successful completion and review of the required screening.
2.Review & Sign All Governing Agreements
Once the required screening has been successfully completed and the applicant is approved to continue, Members review, understand, and sign all applicable GFI governing agreements.
These may include the Healing Arts Community Covenant, Residency Agreement, Leasehold or Stewardship Agreements, and any other agreements applicable to the Member's selected pathway.
Signing the agreements confirms informed consent to the community's governing principles, stewardship responsibilities, land-use requirements, residency standards, participation expectations, and other applicable terms.
3. Complete Your Goddess Flow International Community Membership Through Your Chosen Pathway
Following Acceptance, successful background screening, and execution of all applicable agreements, Members complete their chosen pathway:

By participating, Members acknowledge:
-
Contributions are voluntary and mission-based

-
Reimbursement review, if applicable, is governed only by written agreement terms, approved reassignment, eligibility requirements, payment thresholds, and written GFI approval
-
Voluntary withdrawal, exit, or discontinued participation does not create an automatic refund or repayment right
📍 Can I Access the Land Right Away?
Land access, occupancy activation, and membership participation are granted only upon completion of applicable requirements, active membership approval, and good standing. Partial payment alone does not guarantee physical land access, occupancy, or Stewardship Area assignment.
📍 Do I Own the Land?
No. Community land remains governed by GFI under its land trust and stewardship structure. Members receive mission-governed participation, occupancy, and stewardship rights only, not private ownership, deeded land rights, equity, or transferable real property rights.
📍 Do I Pick My Stewardship Area ?
Stewardship Area allotments are assigned by GFI based on community planning, infrastructure phases, stewardship needs, and operational alignment. Location type, terrain, and access considerations may be shared when applicable. Stewardship Area assignment remains subject to active membership status and governing terms.
📍 Is Initiation Required?
Yes. Screening, initiation, and covenant onboarding are required before full occupancy activation, land access, leadership participation, or full stewardship participation.
📍 Utilities
Infrastructure is developed in phases. Water, solar, and shared utilities may be community-built and funding-dependent. Members remain responsible for approved personal occupancy needs, where applicable, until shared infrastructure is completed.
📍 Taxes / Community Fees
Applicable community stewardship fees, operational costs, or shared infrastructure obligations may apply and are subject to governing policies, funding needs, and future community planning.
📍 What Makes Our Community Different?
GFI is a mission-governed healing arts and stewardship-based community centered on collective well-being, regenerative land development, intentional living, healing arts collaboration, and long-term sustainability through shared responsibility and aligned participation.
📍 Where Can I Review Full Terms?
